August Strindberg Repertory Theatre will adapt Strindberg’s Easter with an all-black cast. The suspenseful masterpiece, set in a Swedish coastal town in 1901, will be transported to Harlem in 1958. Robert Greer directs his own adaptation at Gene Frankel Theatre, 24 Bond Street, NYC. The show runs March 8 to 31, 2013.
